Eden II's Genesis School is currently seeking Teacher Aides to join our team!

Job Responsibilities Include:

*Must Have Home Health Aide Experience*

• Implementing and collecting data on each student’s IEP goals and behavior management plans
• Discussing the progress of each student’s educational programs with the classroom teacher
• Assisting students, as needed, during activities of daily living, gym, etc. (Can vary depending on student’s specific needs)
• Leading or assisting in various group activities
• Aiding in development of educational materials
• Assist teachers in writing IEP goals, objectives and progress reports according to school and SED mandates
• Performing specialized physical health care services

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma
• Previous healthcare experience required
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred.
• NYS Teacher Assistant Certification required within the first 12 months of employment.
• Availability to work on-site

Pay: $17.25 - $21.50 per hour
